Updated: Jan 18, 2019

Andy Graves, now the President of the Kentucky Hemp Growers Cooperative, spoke at the Industrial Hemp: Economic Opportunities for Canada Conference held on March 25, 1996 in Toronto, Canada.

The event was organized by Craig Crawford, environmental consultant with the EcoDesign Group. Graves summarized the status of legal initiatives in several states and the interest of U.S. farmers in an alternative crop. Graves was pround to discuss the recent recommendation by the American Farm Bureau, largely due to the KHGCA's extensive educational and lobbying efforts.
