2009 | UK Cooperative Extension Service publishes industrial hemp study

In October 2009, the University of Kentucky's Cooperative Extension Service published an Industrial Hemp Study through the New Crop Opportunities Center. The study gives an overview of hemp history, along with an update on state and federal laws.
