HENRY CLAY'S HEMP DINNER

Join us for our third annual hemp-infused dinner at the Henry Clay Estate! Chef Jeremy Ashby will be preparing a five course meal with each dish incorporated hemp foods. Tickets include dinner, drinks, and a hemp tote bag full of hemp samples!

Hemp heart tabouleh with heirloom tomatoes, garden 

cucumbers, parsley, bulgur and lemon hemp oil vinaigrette

 

ENTREE

Braised farm style chicken cacciatore 

with a parmesan-hemp gremolata 

 

SIDE

Garlic roasted local red bud potatoes 

with hemp oil, and fresh herbs

 

BREAD

Sour cream and hemp flour cornbread

 

DESSERT

Carrot cake with hemp flour and 

bourbon-honey cream cheese icing
